On 22 November 2024, the NAS RA Institute of History will host an international in-person and online scientific conference titled Historical Primary Sources on Armenian Colonies, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the distinguished source studies scholar, historian, and academician, Dr. Hist. Sci., Professor Vardges Mikayelyan.

 

Those wishing to participate are required to submit a one-page abstract of their proposed paper to the Department of History of Armenian Colonies and Diaspora by 30 October 2024. Submissions must include the paper’s title, the participant’s full name, and the institution they represent (independent researchers are also welcome to apply). Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their papers within 10 days.

Approved topics will be presented at the conference.

The working languages of the conference are Armenian, English, and Russian.

Each presentation will be allotted 15 minutes.

Papers presented at the conference will be published in the proceedings entitled Historical Primary Sources on Armenian Colonies.
