On October 10th, 2019 an international conference on "Caucasus-Russia-Europe: The Area for Dialogue and Cooperation» launched in Stavropol, Russia with the participation of historians from over the two dozen countries.
The Institute of History, NAS of RA was presented by Prof. Ashot Melkonyan – the director of the institute who had a presentation on the "General Trends in the Development of Russian-Armenian Relations during the 18-20th Centuries" in plenary session.
