Proceedings of the international conference

The collection includes the records and reports of the international conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Artsakh and the (third) Republic of Armenia, held in Stepanakert and Yerevan in September 2021 (volume: 391 pages). They are dedicated to the issues of the history of Artsakh statehood, the administrative and political situation of the Republic of Artsakh, defense-security issues, the international-legal possibilities of the settlement of the Artsakh issue, the issues of fighting against Azerbaijani distortions of the history of Artsakh.

The publication of the collection was guaranteed by the Scientific Councils of the NAS RA Institute of History and the Artsakh State University. The editors are: Cd. of Sci. in History, Associate Professor Melanya Balayan and Cd. of Sci. in History, Associate Professor Lilit Hovhannisyan. The publication of the work was carried out by the NAS RA Institute of History.
