The Deputy Director of the NAS RA Institute of History, Dr. of Hist. Sci. Prof. Karen Khachatryan delivered an opening speech.
In addition to the institute’s researchers, the conference was also attended by representatives from the NAS RA Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography, the State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia, the Erebuni Historical-Archaeological Reserve-Museum, University of Freiburg, Matenadaran, Thailand, Yerevan State College of Informatics, the NAS RA Institute of Art, Isfahan University of the Republic of Iran, Armenian State Pedagogical University and Vardenis “Badeyan” state college.
The opening of the scientific session took place on October 20.
The four sessions of the conference were chaired by Gohar Vardumyan – Head of the Department of Ancient History of the NAS RA Institute of History, Vahe Sargsyan – Chairman of the Council of Young Researchers, Karen Tokhatyan – Researcher of the Department of Ancient History, and Mher Navoyan – Honored Worker of Art of RA.
Gohar Vardumyan, Karen Tokhatyan, Harutyun Khudanyan, Vahe Sargsyan, Anahit Musheghyan presented reports from the Institute of History.
On October 21, the results of the session were summarized.
