The Research Group on the Historical and Cultural Heritage and Contemporary Political Developments of Artsakh of the NAS RA Institute of History, together with the Diocese of Artsakh of the Armenian Apostolic Church, cordially invite you to the Republican Conference entitled “Fundamental Issues in the History of the Eastern Frontiers of Armenia,” to be held on 10 December 2025, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the distinguished historian, writer, and public and political figure Bagrat Ulubabyan.

Conditions for Submission of Applications

The working languages of the conference are Armenian, English, and Russian.
The proceedings of the conference will be published as a separate digest.

Requirements for Papers

• Format: MS Word 2007–2016.
• Length: 2,000–3,200 words (maximum 12–13 pages).
• Fonts: Sylfaen (for Armenian), Times New Roman (for English and Russian).
• On the first page, in the upper right-hand corner, in bold, 12 pt: author’s first name and surname.
• One line below, right-aligned, 12 pt: academic degree, title, and country.
• One line below, 12 pt: “E-mail:” followed by the author’s email address.
• On the next line, the ORCID code is to be indicated in the same format.
• After leaving one line, in the centre, 12 pt, bold, capital letters: title of the article.
• After leaving one line, 12 pt, italicised: Keywords (7–10 words).
• After leaving one line: main text of the article.
• Main text: font size 12 pt, line spacing 1.5, paper size A4.
• References: provided in footnotes, 10 pt.
• Abstract (following the main text): no more than 300 words, in both English and Russian.
• In the English and Russian abstracts:
• Right-aligned: author’s name and surname; next line: academic degree, title, country.
• Next line: article title, bold, centred.
• Next line: the word “Abstract” (or “Резюме”), centred.
• One line below: 12 pt, italicised: Keywords (7–10 words).
• One line below: abstract text, 12 pt.

Articles not conforming to these requirements will not be published.
