On September 25, 2019, Prof. K. Kachatryan was invited to MGIMO by prof. E. Kozhokin - the Deputy Director of the institute to participate to the conference on the  in the “Eurasian Integration Processes in Education: Problems and Prospects of Research in Russian Language».

At the conference Prof. K. Khachatryan had a presentation on the "Problems and Prospects of Publishing Scientific-Historical and Educational Literature in Russian in the Republic of Armenia". In particular, he noted that the Institute of History, NAS of RA which he presents and its staff published about 9 dozen works, monographs, documents and materials in Russian during independence period, which makes up about 20% of total publications. For those achievements the Institute of History, NAS of RA is in the leading position among the academic institutes with this index.
